For over 20 years, I worked in communication at a major health insurance company, where I was often the one people turned to when something needed to be explained, taught, or improved.

 

I didn’t start with a degree in adult learning—I grew into the role naturally. I designed and led internal workshops, built training for new tools and processes, and created explainer videos that demystified healthcare for the public. I love digging into a topic, finding the clarity in it, and sharing that in a way people could actually use.

 

I’m most in my element when I get to blend structure with storytelling—through a short video, a well-paced module, or even a good set of slides. I value thoughtful planning, human tone, and visual clarity.
